Figs Return Policy 2026 | Easy, Fast, and Transparent

All FIGS customers can return unworn, unwashed items with tags attached within 30 days of purchase for a refund, excluding shipping fees. Returns are not accepted for embroidered or Final Sale items. U.S. customers may request exchanges (for equal-value Classic Colors and Core Styles) or opt for store credit within 60 days. International customers cannot exchange items or receive store credit, only refunds.

For U.S. returns, prepaid FedEx labels or Happy Returns QR codes are provided. International customers (excluding Germany) receive a prepaid DHL return label, while German customers pay a €5 return fee deducted from their refund. Drop-off locations are available for all return methods.

US and Canadian customers don’t face return shipping charges, while others will deduct these charges from their refund. The refund process will take 10 business days and can be made in cash or check. What is Figs Order Cancellation Policy?

While figs can’t make changes to orders after they’ve been placed, customers can cancel their order within 60 minutes of purchase. To do so, log in to your FIGS account and navigate to the orders section, select the order you wish to cancel, and tap or click the cancel button to follow the instructions. If you don’t have an account, you can view your order by entering your order number and email on the order status page and look for the cancel button to proceed. If the cancel button is not visible, your order can no longer be canceled.

Figs Gift Card Policy:

Gift cards can be used until the card’s balance reaches zero. The Gift Card is considered invalid if its balance is zero for three months, and cannot be reactivated or used again. The Gift Cards are not eligible for resale. If your card is stolen or lost then the company will not be responsible to redeem your cash or card.
