Ruggable Return Method

To return an item to Ruggable, follow these steps:

  • Visit the Ruggable portal.
  • To proceed with your order, please input your order number and shipping ZIP code, as orders outside the 30-day return window will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Select the items you want to return, and you have to provide a valid reason for return. The user can only return one item at a time.

Ruggable Exchange Policy

The product must be returned within 30 days for an exchange. The policy prohibits the exchange of items that have already been exchanged. Discounts and promo codes cannot be applied to exchanges and must be based on the full retail price. 

If the item you are exchanging is more than the original item, you will be responsible for the difference. Ruggable will provide a refund for the difference in the cost of your original item.

Ruggable does not accept returns for sample sale items and sample swatches. Ruggable items sold by a third party must be handled by that third party, not Ruggable itself. Ruggable is unable to provide any exchanges for individuals residing outside the U.S. The company does not provide return shipping labels and refunds must be initiated through customer service.

Ruggable Holiday Return Policy

The extended holiday return policy allows customers to return and exchange items purchased from November 13, 2023, through January 1, 2024, until January 31, 2024. 

To receive a full refund, the original item must be in new condition, without signs of wear, damage, or stains. Chairs must be disassembled completely and levity tables must be in their original packaging to prevent damage during transport.

Ruggable E-Gift Cards can be purchased on their website and can be used to purchase any product. They can be gifted to oneself, sent to friends via email or link, or printed out. Personal messages can be added and the gift date can be chosen. These cards are non-refundable and cannot be canceled or returned.
