Myer Refund Policy

The refund for an item at Myer will be made in the original form of payment. The refund will be transferred automatically to your account. If Myer is not able to provide your refunds, they will offer you a Myer Returns Card for the amount of your refund. The card will be valid for three years from its issuance date. You can use it for online or in-store Myer purchases.

Online Returns

You can return your items (except Big & Bulky items) purchased online to any Myer store. You need to provide proof of purchase to get a refund on the spot or an exchange if available. You can also return online through Australia Post or ParcelPoint.

ParcelPoint

If you are returning your items via ParcelPoint make sure they are purchased through the official website and meet the return policy requirements. They should not be bigger than 120cm cubic dimensions and should not weigh more than 10kg. Follow the given steps to return the items through ParcelPoint:

  • Go to the ParcelPoint Myer returns page
  • Choose the nearest ParcelPoint location and fill out the form for your return.

Australia Post

If you are returning with Australia Post, ensure that your items are purchased through the official website and meet the return policy requirements. They should not be longer than 105 cm and should not weigh more than 22kg. Follow the given steps to return the items through Australia Post:

  • Go to the Australia Post returns page and select your state.
  • Choose the nearest Australia Post location and fill out the form for your return.
  • Pay the shipping fee of $13.10.
  • Print the returns label and affix it to the parcel. Australia Post can help you with the printing of the label (Keep a record of the tracking number to follow the progress of your return).
  • Drop off the parcel at your chosen Australia Post location.

In-Store Returns

You can use the Store Locator given on the website to find the nearest store to you. You can return your items (except Big & Bulky items) in-store within 30 days from their purchase date. Pack your items and return them to the Myer store.

 Make sure to bring an original sales receipt with your returned items to the store. You will be able to get an exchange or refund on the spot if you provide proof of purchase. Items purchased in-store are not eligible to be returned by post.

Returning Big & Bulky Items

Big & Bulky items are not eligible for a ‘change of mind’ return policy. But if your item is damaged or faulty, the team will arrange a courier to collect it from you. You can call the customer service center on 13MYER (13 69 37) if you are arranging collections for damaged Big & Bulky items. These items cannot be returned or exchanged by post or in-store.

Myer Delivery and Shipping Policy

It takes 5-9 business days to deliver a parcel via standard shipping. The following are the shipping and delivery methods:

  • All orders above $99 have a free standard delivery.
  • You will have to pay $9.95 for orders under $98.99.
  • You will have to pay a fee of $12.95 for Express delivery and it will take 1-3 business days to arrive.
  • You will have to pay a fee of $75 for Big & Bulky delivery and it will take 7-14 business days to arrive.

Myer Gift Card Policy

You can get a gift receipt if you are making a gift purchase. You need to let the team member know that you need a gift receipt. If any return is made using that gift receipt, it will be refunded on a Myer Returns Card as per the original purchase value

Myer Gift Cards and Return Cards cannot be exchanged for different brands, types of gift cards, or another discount or tender.

The bonus of a gift will also be returned if the item is purchased with a bonus or gift card. The value of the refund will be deducted from the gift or bonus card if you cannot return the gift or bonus or if it is not in a sealable condition.
