Oura Ring return policy allows customers to return their fully functional and undamaged items within 30 days. Customers are required to bring the receipt of their original order. Oura Ring Refund Policy
You can get a refund for the Oura Ring items if you return them within 30 days with an original receipt. Once your item is received, the refund will be made in 14 business days. The refunds will be made in the original mode of payment. Refunds will be made in the same currency and reflect current exchange rates.

If you ordered a sizing kit, it will be delivered within 3-9 business days, after you receive an order confirmation from Oura Ring. Sizing kit orders in the EU will be delivered in 1-2 weeks.
