If you are not happy with your purchase from Savers for whatever reason, Savers Return Policy allows you to return your items back to them. Savers has a 28-day return policy. You can return your items through a visit in-store or return them by mail using a free return label.
The items you wish to return should be in an unused and resalable condition. The items need to be returned in their original packaging. You must have a receipt to return your items. If you do not have a receipt, you cannot return your products to Savers.

Savers Refund Policy:
You can return your products within 28 days. The items you are returning must be in their original packaging and in unused condition. Once your item is received by Savers, you will receive a confirmation email. The refund process might take 14 days to process after it reaches Savers. The refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.

In-Store Returns:
Returning your Savers items back to any Savers store is very easy. Go to the store locator to find the Savers store near you. If you are returning an online purchase, you need to bring the “Return Summary” print which can be found by going to the “Order History” section of “My Account”, or you can click on the order dispatch link given in the order confirmation email if you used a card while online purchase, you should bring it for return.
If you are returning an in-store purchase, you can just simply bring the original sales receipt along with the item. The items must be new and in original packaging.
