Winners Return Conditions

The merchandise purchased from the Winners store or the website must be returned under the following points:

  • The original condition of the returns must be maintained. 
  • The item must be in a resalable condition, otherwise, returns will be rejected.

Winners Refund Policy

Winners refund policy is straightforward and depends on the payment method used to purchase the refund. The Return Department will handle returns once you confirm that your product will be received.

Once the process is completed, a refund will be sent to you. The item can be returned with the original receipt for a full refund under the original payment method. The product can be returned without a receipt if accompanied by a government-issued photo ID. Your refund will be processed as a Gift Card.

A refund will be granted for a returned item if it is still in its tags, the original receipt is presented, and the return is submitted within ten days. Cash payments can result in a cash reimbursement.

When you make a payment using a credit or debit card, your refund will be credited to the card you used to make the payment. If you request a gift card from Winners, return an item without a receipt, or return an item handed in exchange for the gift receipt, you may receive reimbursement for your return purchase.

If the product is still available, the seller can offer an exchange via tender using the initial payment method for a gift card that can be used in the future.

Winners has certain restrictions regarding the item you can return. Winners Gift Card Policy

The gift card balance can only be redeemed for merchandise at Winners, HomeSense, or Marshalls stores in Canada, cannot be redeemed for cash unless required by law, and is subject to store return policy.

The winner’s gift card can be used online, but it cannot be used online if it lacks a CSC and must be brought to a local store. If you use a gift card at the time of payment then you can return it beyond ten days, and no issues arise.

The Winners holiday return policy allows customers to return purchases made between October 30 and December 24, 2023, until January 8, 2024.
