Princess Polly Store Returns:

  • Bring your items and store return to the Princess Polly location nearest to you. 
  • A store associate will process your return at the cash register.
  • If you opted for a store credit refund, your gift card will be immediately emailed to you.

Princess Polly Online:

  • Required your order number and your postal code.
  • Customers may choose to print the return label and send the items back.
  • Customers may choose to drop off the item at a selected location.
  • The cheaper option would be to drop off the items at a selected location, if you are looking to receive a refund.

  • $6.95 fee will be deducted from the refund, if you want a refund and choose to print off the label.

International Return Policy:

To begin the return process, login into your account here, locate your order under “orders” and click to start a return or exchange. Please note, items not received in accordance with our return policy are subject to rejection and will be automatically discarded. Princess Polly do not provide exchanges for international orders at this time.

International orders may be returned for a full refund or store credit.  International customers are required to cover the return shipping cost.  Be sure to include the order ID card in your package and take note of your tracking number as we won’t be able to track this for you.

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached.
  • If applicable, the hygienic liner and vendor tags must remain intact.

Princess Polly takes up to 10 days to process and issue a refund. The refund period may vary according to the bank accounts. Refunds with Shop Pay or After Pay are eligible to process but method is slightly different.

After Pay Refunds:

  • If you choose to print off the shipping label, the fee will be deducted from the refund.
  • You can return your product as many times as you wish.
  • We’ll deduct $6.95 from the refund for use of our return QR codes or shipping labels. Therefore you will still have to pay $6.95 with Afterpay.

Shop Pay:

  • The fee will be deducted from the refund if you choose to print off the label.
  • The first payment made will be processed last.
  • You can return your product as many times as you want.
  • The final installment will be canceled first.

If you’re located in the US, you can book up to 3 free exchanges per order.
