Big 5 Return Policy without Receipt

To return a product to Big 5 without a receipt, a valid photo ID proof issued by the government is required for all returns and exchanges without a receipt. As your return is without a receipt then your refund will be issued in the form of the store credit.

You cannot request a refund in its original payment method or full price refund. If you return your product without a receipt then your refund will be issued in the form of the store credit equal to the lowest selling price of the product.

Big 5 Refund Policy

You can return your product for a refund. The return product must be according to the Big 5 return policy terms and conditions. Refunds for qualifying returns will be processed within 30 days of receiving the returned item(s), with gift returns being issued to the original purchaser.

To redeem a gift card, use the Big 5 website or any Big 5 Sporting Goods store. The card must have a 19-digit number and a PIN. Gift cards never expire, and additional funds can be added to an active card at any Big 5 Sporting Goods store.
