Gymshark Return Policy 2024 | Effortless 30 Days Refunds

Gymshark return policy allows its customers to return their purchased items within 30 days. The items should be in their original condition. They should be unused, unworn, and unwashed. If any returned item is worn or in unsuitable condition, you may not receive a refund. Every item is inspected on its return. You must provide the original receipts or e-receipts.

Returns registered separately should not be returned in one package, even if they came in the same order. This will slow down the process of refund, so it is recommended to send the package separately. You also need to send the proof of purchase such as the original receipt or e-receipts so the team can review your item.

Gymshark Refund Policy

The refunds are made using the original payment methods in which you purchased the item. The refund time may depend on the courier service that you choose before the item reaches the warehouse for further processing. Refunds may take 7 days to be processed. An additional 5 days are required for refunds to appear in your account. 

If you use a gift card for the half or full payment for the item, the refunds will be transferred to the gift cards first. A refund will be processed immediately if you are using a Happy Returns Bar in the US or returning to the London Retail Store.

Gymshark Exchange Policy

You can get a different size of the same item if you exchange via Happy Returns. You cannot get a completely different item. If you want an exchange, you will not receive it until the item to be exchanged is scanned at the warehouse. In case they are not able to process your exchange, you will receive a confirmation email of a refund in the original form of payment.

It may take 5 business days for your refunds to be transferred to your account. Once your package is delivered to the warehouse, your return will be processed within 7 days. If your exchange is approved, it will be dispatched within 1-2 days.

Gymshark Return Exceptions

The following are the return exceptions:

  • You can only return women’s swimwear and underwear if the hygiene seal is intact and has not been removed.
  • You cannot return men’s swimwear and underwear due to hygienic reasons.
  • You can return socks if they are sealed and in their original condition.
  • You cannot return personalized items.
  • You can only return supplements if they are unopened, in original condition, and the seal is intact.
  • Final sales are not eligible for returns, refunds, store credits, and exchanges.

The following are the return methods for easy and flexible returns:

Online Returns

Follow the given steps to make a return for items via mail:

  • Head to the official website.
  • Go to the Returns and Exchange section.
  • You need to enter your order number, email address, or your shipping ZIP code number.
  • Click on “Start Your Return”. 
  • Select the items you want to return and provide the required information.
  • Print the prepaid return shipping label.
  • Pack your items securely in a package.
  • Drop off the package at your nearest courier location.

In-Store Returns

You can return your items from pop-up stores and Gymshark events. They come under the usual return policy of 30 days. You need to provide proof of purchase such as an original receipt, or e-receipt. The store associates can verify your purchase, open the return portal, and issue the refund in the original payment. 

If you used cash to purchase the item, you will only be provided with the store credit or an e-gift card. If you used a credit/debit card, the refund will be returned to your account in the original payment method, only if you provide proof of purchase. A refund or store credit will only be credited to you once your item is verified at the warehouse.

Delivery and Shipping Policy

Once your order is placed you will receive an order confirmation email containing your tracking information after the order is shipped from the warehouse. If you do not receive your order within the stated period of delivery, please contact the customer support service.

Gymshark Holiday Return Policy

The items purchased during the holiday period have an extended return policy. The purchases made online or in-store from 16th October 2024 to 1st January 2024 can be returned until 31st January 2024.

Gymshark Order Cancellation Policy

You are provided with a 15-minute time when you can cancel your order. You can cancel it from the confirmation email or by locating the order manually from your account. You need to click the ‘Cancel Order’ button. You will not be able to cancel the order once the time has passed. However, if you cannot cancel your order, you can return your items.

If you have already placed your order, you won’t be able to make changes such as changing the item or size, delivery address, adding or removing items, and shipping methods.

How to Return Faulty Items at Gymshark?

The support team can only help you if you purchased the items directly from the official web store, in-store, or pop-ups/events. The damaged item should be claimed within 7 days of the delivery date. You do not have to return the faulty items. Send a message to the customer support team with your name, email address, item name, and a full-length photo of the item that shows the fault and the company’s logo and label.
