If you are not satisfied with the purchase, or not received the product exactly what you want. Everlane allows you to return for most of their products within 30 days of purchase. You can make a return both in-store and online. The product must be returned in its original condition along with a receipt.

Everlane will accept return of those items that are unused, unwashed, undamaged, have not been altered in any way and must be in its original condition. Furthermore the product must be returned in its original packaging. Shoes must be in their original shoe boxes.

What is Everlane Holiday Return Policy?

For customer ease, Everlane offers a holiday return policy. If you made a purchase between 8th November and 24th December you can be returned until 15th January.

In- Store Return at Everlane

Returning the product to the store would be easy as a person can Return their product by just visiting the nearby store. You just need to bring back your product to the store. The product must be returned with the receipt and in its original packaging. Go to the Everlane Customer help desk and ask them for a return.

Online Returns at Everlane

To return your product via mail to Everlane, follow given steps:

  • Go to the website and follow given instructions to make a return.
  • Then go to your order section.
  • Select the items which you want to return and tell them a valid reason why you want to return the product.
  • You will get a confirmation email with a return shipping label.
  • Pack the product properly in the box and affix the return label on the top of the box.
  • Send the box back to the Everlane retail store.

You will have to pay $7 return label charges. Or it may be deducted from your refund.

Returns to Happy Return bar

In this method, you have to generate a return online on Everlane’s website. You will not need to pay any return fee.

  • Go to the Order Section.
  • Click on “Start a Return”
  • Select the items which you want to return.
  • Inform them why you want to return your products. 
  • Choose your refund method that you opt for when you paid initially.
  • Select “Drop items at Happy Returns”. Now Happy Returns will send you an email that includes QR and Express code. You will have to show this code at the Happy Return bar along with the items that you want to return.

What is Everlane Refund Policy?

As per Everlane Refund policy, if you return your product via mail then Everlane will receive your order within two weeks. Moreover, it can take about 3 weeks to process and issue your refund. When your return product is approved and then your refund process will be initiated they will send you a confirmation email. If you make an in-store return, Everlane will also take up to 2 – 3 weeks to issue your refund in the original payment method.

If 3 weeks have passed and still you do not get your refund, then contact the customer support department Here. Make sure that your product must be in its original condition otherwise you will not get a refund if return’s requirements are not fulfilled. To get your refund in the original payment method, return your product within 30 days of purchase. Shipping fee and other handling charges are non-refundable.

What are Everlane Return Policy Exceptions?

There are following products which are not included in Everlane return policy. The return of these products are not allowed at Everlane.

  • Swimsuits can’t be returned at Everlane due to hygiene concerns.
  • Bras are not allowed to make a return if the hygiene liner is not attached.
  • Bodysuits are not accepted for return.
  • If you purchase more than one pair of underwear, you can try only one of them. Remaining pairs must be unopened. Otherwise your return will not be accepted.
  • You may not be eligible to make a return of final sale items.
  • Purchases that you made during clearance duration are not allowed to return.

What is Everlane Exchange Policy?

Exchanges can be possible at Everlane if they are according to the standard Everlane return policy return window and its exceptions. You can exchange your product for different sizes if it is available in stock. 

If you want to exchange your product for different size, color, length or style, they will issue a store credit. You will have to use store credit for placing a new order. Your exchange will not be accepted if you return your product via mail or bring it to the Happy Return Bar. You can exchange your product within 30 days of purchase.
