Coach allows its customers to return their product within 30 days after the date of purchase. If, for whatever reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase you can easily make a return. At Coach, customer satisfaction is a top priority. Whether you’ve purchased a product online or in-store, we aim to make the Coach return policy as smooth as possible. Coach Return Method:

Coach offers two ways of returning items:

  • In-Store Return
  • Online Return

In-Store return:

Firstly, you will need to find the nearest Coach’s store. Go to the store. Bring the item to the store with its original receipt that you got with your order. Product must be in its original condition, store representative will help you to return the product. Make sure that product must be unused, Coach will not accept the product if it is damaged, used or washed.

Online Return:

Fill out the return form that you received with your order. Print the return shipping label after providing all the necessary details. Enclose the product with the return label. Customers will have to pay the shipping charges. Use insured courier companies such as FedEx, UPS or USPS. You will receive a confirmation email when the Coach item is accepted.

Coach Exchange Policy:

There is no exchange policy at Coach.  Customers will have to follow the Coach return policy if they want to exchange the product. Mail the item back to the Coach store, wait until your product is confirmed by Coach And you get confirmation email.

It suggests that first you mail the item back and then place a new order. Shipping fee and other handling charges will be deducted from the customer’s account.

Coach Refund Policy:

If you are not happy with the purchase you made at Coach, you can get your refund. The return item must be in its original condition, it should be undamaged, unworn and unused. Customers will get their refund as the same mode of payment used for a purchase.

At coach there is no specific time limit for the refunds. If the mode of payment is through cash then the company prefers to provide refunds immediately. If customers used PayPal or Klarna, the refund will not be credited to the bank account. The refund will be credited to the store card then you will be able to use the refund for future purchases at Coach.

Coach offers one-year warranty on all products purchased online or from a retail or outlet store. We offer a repair service for some of our products, for any manufacturing defects within this time frame for online or store purchases you may return it and we will refund you.

According to Coach return policy, if you wish to return the products without a receipt you need to send the product along with an order receipt. The downside is that the company will only issue a refund for a Coach Merchandise card.
