You can use the Store Locator given on the website to find the nearest store to you. You can return your items in-store within 28 days from its purchase date. You should pack your items in their original packaging and take them to the store.

You can purchase gift cards from the Dunelm stores across the United Kingdom. You can use Dunelm gift cards for in-store purchases only for the items that you can take home with you on that day. So this means that you cannot use the gift cards for in-store purchases made on tablets as this is an online transaction.

Dunelm Holiday Return Policy
Dunelm has extended its return policy for Christmas. If you purchase an item between 12th November and 24th December, you can return it by 31st January. You should bring proof of purchase with you when returning the items.
Dunelm Order Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your order or get a full refund if you order the products online or by phone. You can cancel it within 14 days from the date of delivery or if the order contains items that are to be delivered separately from the receipt of the last item.
