What are the Next Return Policy Conditions?

There are following conditions that must be fulfilled if you want to return your product at Next:

  • The product must be returned in its original condition.
  • The product must be sealed, undamaged or unworn.

You need to fill out the return form to make a successful return. The delivery note came from the company while you make a purchase. Provide them all the necessary details such as name, email address, order number and Zip code. Pack the product securely in a box and affix the return label.

If you are returning the product from the US you can mail any other Next’s location that is convenient to you. Tracking number is mentioned on the smart return label. To make a store return, the customer has to bring the product back to the nearest store along with all original receipt, online purchase receipt, original packing slip, or a copy of the shipping confirmation email, whatever applies to it.
