If you are not satisfied with your purchase, JJ’s House return policy allows you 14 days to return your items. You can return standard-size dresses, shoes, and most accessories (except final sale dresses and shoes).
You can request a return in ‘My Order’ or get in touch with customer service to initiate your return. You need to send your items via local post within 7 days of receiving the return form. The return package should contain the return form.

If you placed your order through online payments, your refund will be credited back to you within 7-10 business days in the original payment method. The refunds will only begin once your package has been scanned and confirmed.
