JJ’s House Return Policy 2024 | Easy Returns & Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, JJ’s House return policy allows you 14 days to return your items. You can return standard-size dresses, shoes, and most accessories (except final sale dresses and shoes).

You can request a return in ‘My Order’ or get in touch with customer service to initiate your return. You need to send your items via local post within 7 days of receiving the return form. The return package should contain the return form.

JJ’s House Refund Policy

If you placed your order through online payments, your refund will be credited back to you within 7-10 business days in the original payment method. The refunds will only begin once your package has been scanned and confirmed.

You will receive a refund of the paid prices as well as the other applicable taxes. However, the shipping fee, taxes, or shipping protection paid on shipping will not be refunded. The restocking fee will also be deducted from the refund amount.

JJ’s House Exchange Policy

Unfortunately, JJ’s House does not offer any exchange policy for any items for now. Many of their items are made-to-order, so they do not want to keep these items in stock. If an item does not work for you and you need another one, they will process a return for all of your unwanted items (if eligible).  You must place an order for new items.

Returning Try-On Dresses

Try-on dresses must be returned by the 7^th day of delivery. You need to add a prepaid return label with the package and drop it off at the Royal Mail locations. You will receive a confirmation email once the package is scanned at the warehouse. The fees paid for try-on dresses will not be refunded.

In-Store Returns

You can return your items in-store within 14 days from its purchase date. Box your items up and take them to the store. Bring an original receipt as proof of purchase with your returned items to the store. Talk to a store associate and they will help you with the return process.

Restocking Fee

JJ’s House charges a 10% restocking fee even if they accept standard-size dresses including bridal, bridesmaid, maternity bridesmaid, mother of the bride, junior bridesmaid, girls, special occasion, and daily dresses.

You can return the packages by yourself at your cost. The process may vary by country and shipping company. You need to confirm the return delivery by yourself. JJ’s House offers return labels for their customers in specific countries and the prices are usually lower than the other shipping companies. So you do not have to worry about the return delivery.

The return shipping and handling fee will be deducted from your refund amount. JJ’s House has a very limited window to cancel the orders once they have been placed. If you want to cancel an order of ready-made and made-to-order items, you have one hour. To cancel your order, you need to go to your orders page and select the order you want to cancel. Click on the ‘Cancel’ button and select the reason for cancellation.

If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong-shipped item, you should inform the company within 14 days. You will get a full refund including the shipping fee. You need to request a return in ‘My Orders’ at their official website or contact their assistance directly. After 14 days, you will not be able to process a return for a full refund.
