You have a 60 days return window to return your items to get a full refund. The refunds are credited in the original form of payment. If you return your items without a receipt or any valid proof of purchase, the refunds will be issued in in-store credit for the item’s actual price.

After you have returned your order, Timberland will do the processing at the warehouse to inspect the item. Remember that your shipment may take 1 to 4 weeks to reach the company, and the refund process starts after receiving the product. The refund will be credited to your card within 6 to 10 days.

You have 60 days to return your products back to Timberland. You can go to any of the Timberland stores to return your items. Please make sure to bring the original sales receipt or the order confirmation email along with your items to return. Go to the desk service at the entrance of the store.

Online purchases from Timberland can also be returned to Timberland stores. Returning to the Timberland store is more convenient than returning by mail. The product must be returned in its resalable condition.

  • You need to fill out the return form which came from the company at the time of delivery. You will have to provide a reason why you want to return and mention the quantity of every item that you are returning.

  • Pack the product in a safe box so that nothing happens to the product in the transit. Try to return your package in its original box. You also have to include packing slip with it.
  • Affix the return label on the top of the package.

In-store credit will be issued for your items that are on order. No refunds will be made without a receipt. A valid government-issued ID will be required for all no-receipt returns.

Timberland Exchange Policy:

If you want to exchange your product you need to visit the Timberland store. Timberland does not offer direct exchange via mail. If you want to exchange the product, you just need to bring the product along with the tags, original packaging, receipt, packaging or your order confirmation email.
