Once your returned items are received by the company or partner, the refund amount will be automatically applied. The refund process, which may take up to 14 days, depends on the payment method used, and will be processed by the logistics provider.
Payment by invoice allows you to only pay for the items you choose to keep. Returns reduce the open invoice amount, and if paid, the returned items will be credited to the customer’s bank account.
