There might be certain situations where people may feel like returning their clothing or shoes. But, you cannot return thrift clothing and shoes to Value Village.
Value Village only have a 14-day exchange policy for the purchased item. So if there is a problem with size or style, you can exchange your clothing and shoes in-store.

Customers might want to demand store credit or money as a refund for returning their purchased items. But unfortunately, Value Village does not offer refunds. Although you can exchange your items making sure that you have the proof of purchase.

You can exchange your clothes and shoes at Savers. All you need to do is to keep the original receipt with you. Bring the receipt and the clothing or shoes within 14 days from the date of the purchase. Make sure that all the original price tags are attached.

Value Village In-Store Returns
You can use the Store Locator given on the website to find the nearest store to you. You can exchange your items in-store within 14 days from its purchase date. Bring your items in their original condition to the store. Make sure to bring an original sales receipt with the items you want to exchange at the store. Talk to a store manager and they will help you with the exchange process.
Value Village Gift Card Policy
You can purchase gift cards at any of the Value Village stores. Gift cards purchased at stores can be reloaded at any store up to $250 within 30 days of having zero balance on the card. Gift cards that are purchased online are not eligible to be reloaded. In case of lost stolen, or damaged, gift cards will not be replaced. Your gift cards are treated like cash at Value Village.
These gift cards do not lose value nor have an expiration date. You will not be charged for any inactivity fee. If you do not use your card for two years after or 30 days of zero balance, your card will be deactivated. If your gift card is not working you can send an email at [email protected] or refer to the number on the back of the card to reach the customer service team.

Value Village only offers exchange for the purchased items if you have valid proof of purchase such as an original sales receipt. You cannot get an exchange if you do not have an original sales receipt.
Value Village Faulty Returns Policy
Customers can check at the store if they are purchasing a damaged or faulty item. But, in case the customer somehow purchased a faulty item, they can exchange the items within 14 days of purchase. Customers will not be offered any returns or refunds for their faulty items.
