Old Navy offers 30 days to get a full refund of your items. The refund is generally made in the original payment method. It might take ten business days for the refund to be issued to your credit card.

These gift cards do not expire ever! If you lost your gift card or it is stolen, you can only get a replacement for it if you have the original receipt of the purchase. Methods to Return at Old Navy

You can return your Old Navy items via mail or by visiting the store from where you purchased the item.

Mail

To return the items via mail, you must follow the given steps.

  • Go to the Old Navy website.
