SoftMoc In store Return Policy:

If you have a nearby SoftMoc store, then returning to the store is a fast and easy way to return. You can locate the nearest SoftMoc Store. To make a store return, the customer has to bring the product back to the nearest store along with all original receipt, online purchase receipt, original packing slip, or a copy of the shipping confirmation email, whatever applies to it. The product must be returned in its original condition. Don’t forget to take proof of purchase along with the product. You can exchange or receive a store credit within 90 days of the purchase date.

Make sure that your product must be in its original condition and eligible to return.  Online orders can be returned via mail.

To request a Return ID number, input your Order Number and Billing Last Name into the return Order tab. The recipient will receive an email with all necessary return information and, if applicable, a free return label. If you’re not eligible for a free Return Label, you can create one for the Courier by following the “Return Address for Canadian Customers” provided. The request is to indicate the Return ID number on the outside of the shoe box, not on the shoe itself.

Softmoc Exchange Policy:

Simply return to the store or by mail, if you want to exchange your product. You still have to pay your shipping charges and handlings for mail-in exchanges separately. The amount you paid for the return product will be credited to you for the new purchase. You can exchange your product by visiting the store.

The product must be in its original condition. It is recommended that you go to the store to exchange your product because it is convenient and all the processes are in front of you. The staff will facilitate you to make an exchange for different size, color and style.

Free Size Exchange

They offer a easy return and repurchase process for customers who love their purchase but need a smaller size. To exchange a size, visit the Order Tracking page, click on the ‘Free Size Change’ button, and select a new size for your item. You can exchange your item at a nearby outlet or choose to return it via courier, which will provide you with a free return label via email. The larger size will be delivered upon receipt, and the original item must comply with our return eligibility policy for size exchange.

SoftMoc Refund Policy:

Refunds are applied to the payment method used for online purchases. Refunds are determined by the amount spent on the item(s) and any additional sales tax incurred during the purchase. The sender requests a period of 3-10 working days for the changes to appear on their statement.

The estimated delivery times are not inclusive of weekends or holidays due to courier operation hours. If a Frequent Purchase credit was used on an initial purchase but not credited, it will not be refunded until the original purchase is refunded. SoftMoc Price Adjustment Policy:

SoftMoc provides one-time price adjustments for items reduced within 30 days of purchase, provided they are still available online in the same size and color. The processing of requests for price adjustments after 30 days has not been considered.
