Journeys offers 365 days for customers to return or exchange new, original receipt-based merchandise within 365 days of purchase, with shipping charges excluded. Journeys provides two ways to return their product. You can easily return your product by visiting the store and the other method is via mail.

  • Visit their Store Locator to check the availability and operating hours of your local Journeys store. Visit a store for the fastest and easiest way to get your exchange or refund today. To receive a refund or exchange, bring your item(s), original packaging, and receipt to your nearest store.
  • If you are unable to visit a store for a return/exchange, please refer to the following information on how to send your item(s) back to them.
  • To initiate a return of store purchase, the customer must first fill out the Return/Exchange Form.
  • Customers can fill out a form with billing details, Order ID, customer contact number, and product details, and choose between return and refund options.
  • If a customer needs a prepaid shipping label for a return, they should contact Journey’s customer service.
  • Customers can return items with original packaging and receipt after receiving the shipping label, shipping them to the specified address.

What is Journeys Online Return Policy?

To request a mail return for an online order, follow these steps:

  • To initiate the return process, the customer must visit the Journeys Return Page and generate a Prepaid Shipping label.
  • The Prepaid Shipping Label will be charged a minimum amount, which will be deducted from the refund after processing.
  • Once the shipping label is created, the customer can send the items for return using any shipping service.
  • This return process typically takes two to four weeks.

What is Journeys Refund Policy

Journeys allows you to return the products within 365 days. If you make a return by visiting the store then your refund may take 10 business days. But if you make a return via mail then your return process may take 2 to 4 weeks, then your refund will be issued within 3 to 5 business days.

Orders using a prepaid return label will result in a $7.99 deduction from any return or  exchange processed. The refund will be issued in the form of  the original payment method you used initially. The product must be returned in its original condition so that you can easily get your money back. Remember that shipping fee and other handling charges will not be refunded.

How to Return at Journeys without a Receipt?

To return a product, customers must provide the original receipt or bill. If the customer’s receipt is missing, they can retrieve it from the Journey website by providing their order details. The returnable item must be in good condition, with proper packaging, and unused and unwashed according to Journeys Return Policy Guidelines. 

To return a product without receipt, customers can visit the Journey website and fill out the Contact Us page in the chat box. They must then follow the website’s instructions for return. Journey, under its green motto, no longer issues physical bills or receipts to customers.
