  • You should call the Sweetwater sales engineer to arrange a Return Authorization number for you if you want to return your items. To ensure your credit or exchange is processed as soon as possible and to avoid any return adjustment, you need to follow the guidelines given below:
  • You will be subject to a restocking fee if you have redeemed a manufacturer promotion or rebate.
  • Do not forget to write the RS number on the shipping. Make sure not to write it on the product box itself.
  • Items should be returned in the same condition they were received in, including documentation, accessories, and other packaging materials.
  • Please return the shipment double-box if your package was originally shipped double-boxed.
  • Products should be packed in the original box with the UPC codes still intact.

Sweetwater Delivery and Shipping Policy      

Sweetwater has one of the fastest turnaround times for shipping. Most of their orders are shipped on the same day. Items sent within the contiguous United States are shipped FREE. However, they do not offer free shipping for special orders and overweight/oversized products. If you are returning your order, the cost of shipping will be deducted from the refund or credit.
