Once your item is received by Glassons, it will be verified and processed within 5 business days. They will make sure to send the refund as soon as possible. The Glassons product must be in its original condition. Any item that is not in a suitable condition will be sent back to you. The refunds will be offered in the original form of payment.

It can take up to 14 days to receive your return depending on your location and which postal service you use. Refunds for Australia and New Zealand orders take up to 14 working days from posting, while international orders require up to 30 days. If you want to exchange your item, you can do it at the nearest Glassons store location. You will be offered an exchange for another color, size, or style. You can even get a refund for it. You must bring an invoice, dispatch notice, or order confirmation to the store.

Glassons does not accept exchanges at the distribution center. If a customer returns the item to the distribution center, they will have to pay for the return and only refunds will be offered for it.

For customers outside of Australia and New Zealand, they will need to return your item and repurchase.
