Glassons Return Policy 2024 | Easy Methods Explained

Glassons aims to provide its customers with amazing quality products and services. However, if you want to return an item you can bring your item to Glassons retail store with proof of purchase. Returns are not free at Glassons. If the item is faulty, postage will be refunded.

Glassons return policy allows you to return the products within 30 days from the date of purchase in New Zealand and 31 days for all other countries. Return items must be in unworn and new condition. The garment tags and hygiene stickers must be intact with the items. Your return will not be accepted if the hygiene seal is broken.

Glassons Refund Policy

Once your item is received by Glassons, it will be verified and processed within 5 business days. They will make sure to send the refund as soon as possible. The Glassons product must be in its original condition. Any item that is not in a suitable condition will be sent back to you. The refunds will be offered in the original form of payment.

If you want to exchange your item, you can do it at the nearest Glassons store location. You will be offered an exchange for another color, size, or style. You can even get a refund for it. You must bring an invoice, dispatch notice, or order confirmation to the store.

The following are the methods for easy and flexible returns.

Online Returns

You can return your online items within 30 days in New Zealand and within 31 days in other countries with proof of purchase like the order number, invoice, or dispatch notice. Your items must be in new and unworn condition. Glassons does not accept exchanges to the warehouse. Returns are not free.

You need to download the return worm from the Glassons website. Print the form by mentioning your product code, description, quantity, size, and reason for return. It may take 14 days to receive your items. You can return your items to these addresses:

You can use the Store Locator given to find the Glassons store near you. You can bring your in-store or online purchases in-store within 30 days from its purchase date to return. Securely pack your items and bring them to the store.

Make sure to bring proof of purchase such as an original sales receipt or order number if you ordered online to the store. Talk to a store associate about your return. They will gladly help you with the return process whether you want a refund or exchange.

Glassons Gift Card Policy

You can cancel our unused gift card within 30 minutes of placing the order. If your gift card has not been redeemed or associated with an account after that time, you can contact the customer service team for assistance.
