Windsor return policy has a generous policy for their customers, Eligible dresses may be returned within 14 days from the delivery date. Other eligible products may be returned within 30 days from the delivery date. The return product must be in its original condition and its original packaging. Make sure that your product is not damaged and unworn.

If you are not satisfied with the purchase at Windsor then you can make a return at Windsor retail store. For a full refund all dresses must be returned within 14 days of purchase. You will receive a store credit if you make a return within 30 days of purchase.

You just need to bring back your product at the store, the product must be in its original packaging along with receipt, invoice or valid government-issued photo id. Visit the store and meet the customer representative. You can ask for help from them.
