Ways to Return Revolve Items
In store Revolve Return Policy:
Items purchased in store are only returnable in store and can’t be mailed back to our online return center. You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your item(s) for a refund. Items must be in their original condition, with all tags and accessories attached. Items purchased online may be returned in store or to our online return center.
Items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit. Beauty products may be returned only if they are unused and unopened. FWRD Renew items must be returned within 14 days with all original tags, packaging, and accessories intact. All FWRD Renew returns will undergo authentication prior to refund, which may take additional processing time.
