Standard returns:

The return will be processed within 24 hours of your return if you make a return to our Home and Clothing stores. You have 14 days to return your product to simply food or outlet Stores. If you purchased from Clothing and Home stores then you will need to return your in-store. If you make a purchase online then you are not allowed to return your product to Simply Food stores. If you purchase from the outlet store, you are only eligible to make your return at outlet stores.
