If customers are unable to go to the store, Carter’s provides an online return option for customers ease. It is not necessary for a customer to make a return from where they purchased the item. Here are the return steps you can follow for online return:

  • Visit Carters online return.
  • To complete your return follow the prompts to return online.
  • Enter your zip code, order number and email. 
  • Find your order and fill out the form that is printed back on your packaging slip.
  • After creating a return label, print out and affix it to the return box.

Carter’s Exchange Policy:

If you are unsatisfied with the item you purchased from Carter’s store, you can exchange it with another product at any Carter’s store in the U.S. Carter does not accept exchange for online returns. You can exchange your product within 90 days of purchase.

Carter’s Refund Policy:

To get a full refund, make sure that your return item must be in its original condition and must return within 90 days of purchase. If you order within city limits and your order is above 100 AED, then you are able to receive your product within 3-5 working days. 10 AED will be charged as a shipping cost.

If you order outside of the city limits and your order is under 100 AED, then you will get your order within 5-7 business days. No shipping charges will be applied.

Carter’s Standard Delivery Bulk Products:

If you order within city limits and your order is above 100 AED then you are able to receive your product within 3-5 working days. 10 AED will be charged as a shipping cost.

If you order outside of the city limits and your order is under 100 AED, then you will get your order within 5-7 business days. No shipping charges will be applied.

Carter’s Gift Card Policy:

Gift Cards may be used to pay for your order. After each transaction, your remaining balance will be updated. An unused gift card may not be redeemed for cash. Gift cards can be used for online or in-store purchases.

Every gift card has a unique code, you can use that code to purchase online. When checking out, enter the code in your shopping cart. The gift card is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. Any remaining balance on the gift card will be canceled after expiry.
