What is Torrid Refund Policy?

You have 60 days to return your items and receive a full refund for them. It may take 14 business days to process your orders; after that, you will be refunded for your items. It may take a minimum of 24 hours or a maximum of 7 business days for refunds to be issued. Klarna, Google Pay, and Apple Pay purchases are only eligible for a return via mail and cannot be returned in-store. Now you can also return PayPal purchases in the United States.

If you paid for your purchase with a Torrid gift card, please allow 3-4 weeks for your refund to be placed back on the original gift card used for purchase. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
