Tillys extends its return window during the holiday season for their customers. If you made a purchase between November and December you may return it until 15th January. Returning your product in store is easy and free. If you purchased a product from a store then it can only be returned to the local store. You just have to provide the merchandise in its original condition at the store to make a return. You have 60 days to make the in-store return.

You just need to bring back your product along with a receipt. Visit Tillys help desk, they will check the product and receipt for eligibility. If you want to return a product that you purchased online then you need to show a shipping label or confirmation email. If your product complies with Tillys return policy, then they will issue your refund immediately.

  • First you need to visit the website Tillys.  
  •  Go to the Order section. Click on the Returns Item & Return Gift. 
  • Now you will need to provide an order number, zip code and email address. 
  • Select the reason why you want to return your items.
  • If you want to return a gift item, select a gift card to get return in the form of a gift card. 
  • Now you need to print out the return label. 
  • You will have to pay $7 as the cost of the return label.
  • Place the product in its original packaging and don’t forget to attach the return label and shipping label on the top of the package. Then drop off your package at any UPS location.

  • If you made online purchases using AfterPay, PayPal or Amazon and make an in- store return then you are only able for an exchange or store credit.
  • You cannot return online purchases such as snowboards, snowboard boots, paddleboards and surfboards at a store. You must return it via mail.
  • If the shoe box has tape or shipping label then Tillys will not accept your shoes for return.
