On Cloud Refund Policy

You will receive the refund of the total amount of the item including the tax if your item is eligible for return and once we have received and checked the return.  After your items are checked and verified at the warehouse you will receive the refund within 14 business days.

An additional 2-5 business days for the amount to be transferred into your account. You must return your items in their original condition within 30 days to receive the refund. On Cloud will not refund the expedited shipping fee.
