Guess gives top priority to their customers, if you are not satisfied with the purchase then Guess Return Policy offers a relaxed and user-friendly timeframe. You are allowed to return their product at Guess if for whatever reason, you are not happy with the purchase. You may return your item within 30 days of purchase.

The product must be in its original condition along with a receipt. If your product is worn or damaged, you are not eligible to make a return at Guess. All the tags must be intact with the product.

What are Guess Return Methods?

Guess provides its customers two ways to return your product. They can opt any one of the options according to their ease. You can return your product by visiting the store and via mail. You can return your purchase at the store where you purchased it.

Guess In-store Return:

If you have a nearby Guess store, then returning to the store is a fast and easy way to return. You can locate the nearest Guess Store. If you are not happy with the purchase, you can make a return at the Guess store within 30 days of purchase.

To make a store return, the customer has to bring the product back to the nearest store along with all original receipt, online purchase receipt, original packing slip, or a copy of the shipping confirmation email, whatever applies to it. The product must be returned in its original condition. Don’t forget to take proof of purchase along with the product.

Bring your eligible merchandise along with the QR code on your Order Shipment Confirmation email for a seamless in-store return. Show the QR code to a store associate for scanning and processing; no original packing slip or invoice required.

Gift returns:

If you received a gift purchased online, you can return it by mail or to a store nearest to you. To return by mail, visit Online Returns Center and enter your order number to start your return process. GUESS gift card purchases will be credited to an electronic merchandise return card.

Guess Refund Policy:

If you are not happy with the purchase that you made at Guess, you can get your refund. The return item must be in its original condition, it should be undamaged, unworn and unused. Guess will send you a confirmation email, either your refund is accepted or not.

Your return and refund will be processed within 5-8 business days of receipt of the items by us. Refunds are given for the aggregate price of the item shown on the original packing slip/invoice and all applicable taxes, excluding shipping charges and additional discounts. Please allow 3-5 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
