  • Affix the pre-paid shipping label securely on the outside of the package.
  • Drop the parcel off at the nearest FedEx location.

In-Store Returns

You can use the Store Locator given to find the Clarks store near you. You can bring your items in-store within 60 days from its purchase date to return. Securely pack your items and bring them to the store.

Clark Delivery and Shipping Policy

Clarks offers free FedEx SmartPost shipping on orders that are over $75. FedEx SmartPost requires USPS to make the final delivery in some situations. Select the FedEx SmartPost for the shipping method to deliver to a PO Box. If you ordered multiple packages, you will receive them within 1 or 2 business days of each other. Clarks does not offer any Saturday delivery options.
