To cancel an order while it’s still pending in our system, enter your information and select the desired order. The order number can be found in your confirmation email. Once the order begins processing, it is not eligible for cancellation or adjustment.

For changes like sizing or shipping address changes, cancel and place a new order as long as it’s still eligible. If you see a current pending charge, it will fall off within 48 hours as we do not collect payment until the order ships.
