In-Store

You can go to their Return Department in the New York Superstore. B&H’s return department is located on 34th Street, around the corner from the main entrance. Ensure the item is in its original condition and includes all the free articles and accessories. You will receive the refund in the original form of payment.

To check your balance on the gift card, go to the B&H website and mention your Gift card number and PIN. Gift cards can be used for purchases by fax, phone, online, or by visiting a B&H store. If B&H senses fraudulent activity on your gift card, they can close the account.
