The first step is to authorize the return with dell and get a CRA (credit return authorization number). Customers can get their CRA number by sending an email or calling the Dell customer Support department at 855-548-1145.

After receiving CRA number and return approval, you can initiate your return. Follow given instructions to send back products to Dell. If there is more than one product make sure to pack all products. Send the product in its original packaging. Print out the return label sent by a Dell via an email, if you choose to drop off the package. Attach the return label on the top of the package. Ship the item back to Dell. You must provide a receipt along with your product. Dell may charge a 15% restocking fee. In case of Dell’s error, they will not charge a restocking fee.
