MAC Cosmetics wants its customers to be satisfied with their merchandise. If unsatisfied with your purchase, you can return your items following the MAC cosmetics return policy. If you are returning a gift order and don’t want to get the refund in the original payment form, then you can chat with the support team.
MAC only accepts returns for their online orders. The items are inspected upon return. The items purchased online must be in their original condition and new and gently used form. You have 60 days from the date of delivery to return your items. If you received free promotions with your items, then you must return them with the free promotional items.

MAC Cosmetics Return Policy Without Receipt
Unfortunately, you cannot return your merchandise to MAC if you do not have a receipt. MAC reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet the return policy requirement or do not have a receipt. You will be offered a full refund ONLY if you show the original receipt.
MAC Cosmetics Refund Policy
Your returns generally take 3 business days to process at the warehouse. You will receive an email of credit confirmation when your refund is processed fully.
If your return is received within 60 days, the purchase price will be refunded in the original payment form. If your payment was made by both a gift card and a credit/debit card, the credit will be applied to the credit card first. The remaining balance is credited to the MAC Cosmetics eGift card.
Refunds for the items returned after 60 days are not guaranteed, and their refund is made at the store’s discretion. MAC Cosmetics can provide the refund through a refund check or eGift card.
MAC Cosmetics Exchange Policy
If you are not satisfied with your merchandise’s color or size, you can get an exchange for the unwanted product. Your refund will be processed and issued within 3 business days. You can place your new order anytime you want to purchase.

You can use the Store Locator to find the MAC Cosmetic retail store near you. You can bring your items to any MAC store in the United States within 60 days from their purchase date. You are not eligible to return your gift returns at MAC stores. You need to pack your items and bring them to the store securely.
Make sure to bring an original sales receipt with your items or order number if you order online to the store. Ask a store artist for help with your return. They will gladly help you with the return process.

MAC Cosmetics Gift Card Policy
MAC physical gift cards can be purchased from their official website, retail stores or by calling 1-8000-588-0070. MAC E-gift cards can be purchased only from their website. If you purchase your MAC gift card and other items, the shipping and handling fees will be calculated according to the items purchased. The gift card amount is not included while calculating the shipping and handling charges.
MAC eGift cards are delivered to your email address only. You must provide the sender’s name and email address to purchase the eGift card. There are no charges for email delivery. You can redeem your gift cards with a PIN code at any MAC retail store or official website. eGift cards are redeemable only at their website. In case of a gift card loss or theft, you can call 1-888-722-9595.
