The Crate and Barrel Return Policy offers 90 days for non-furniture items and 30 days for large furniture items. The items must be unused, unworn, and in good condition. House décor, baby items, and kitchen items must be returned with proof of purchase.

To return your product, you must bring your receipt as proof of purchase. Crate & Barrel will not offer returns if you don’t have receipts. You can return the items online and in-store. Customized items, including furniture, live botanicals, and store floor samples, will not be accepted by Crate & Barrel.
