Purchased items from ALDO and didn’t like them, or are you still unsatisfied with them? ALDO provides its customers with a very flexible ALDO return policy. According to the return policy, you have a 30-day window to return the unsatisfied products. You can return your item in-store and online too. Returns by mail have a shipping fee of $5.95 that will be automatically deducted from your refund total. In-store returns are always free.

The items you are returning must be unworn and undamaged. The items you are returning should be in their original packaging and contain their original or gift receipts. Items purchased online must be returned via mail. The returns are free, as ALDO provides a prepaid shipping label. You can return the in-store purchases to any ALDO store. You will get a refund in 10 business days. The refunds will be issued in the original payment mode.

As Per ALDO refund policy, the refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. It might take 2-5 business days after the processing to get a refund from ALDO if the items are purchased with a credit card. Depending on your provider or bank, it takes ten business days to appear in the bank. PayPal returns are only refunded if the items are returned by mail in 2-5 business days.

ALDO Return policy will not replace or refund your gift card if it is stolen or lost. It will only be acceptable if it is intact and readable. Gift cards provided by ALDO cannot be redeemed or returned.

You can use the gift cards for purchases at any ALDO store. Gift cards are not redeemable at AldoShoes.com. However, you can purchase items at the store using a gift card. If the balance is less on your gift card, you must pay with a secondary method to cover the remaining amount.
