SoftMoc Return Policy Methods:
SoftMoc provides its customers two ways to return your product. They can opt any one of the options according to their ease. You can return your product by visiting the store and via mail. You can return your purchase at the store where you purchased it.
SoftMoc In store Return Policy:
If you have a nearby SoftMoc store, then returning to the store is a fast and easy way to return. You can locate the nearest SoftMoc Store. To make a store return, the customer has to bring the product back to the nearest store along with all original receipt, online purchase receipt, original packing slip, or a copy of the shipping confirmation email, whatever applies to it. The product must be returned in its original condition. Don’t forget to take proof of purchase along with the product.

SoftMoc Return Policy Online :
To initiate a return, please visit the Order Tracking page within your SoftMoc Rewards Account and click on the Return Order tab to follow the necessary steps. If you do not have a SoftMoc Rewards account, you can visit SoftMoc Returns & Exchange Page, enter your order number and last name, and select “continue” to proceed. Please note that all online order purchases returning via mail must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number initiated for the return to be accepted.
If you received Free Shipping for the item you are returning, you qualify for a prepaid return shipping label, which will be emailed to you once your RMA has been initiated. You can then print this label, affix it to your package, and drop it off with the specified courier. However, if you paid for shipping on the item, a prepaid label will not be issued. In this case, please request your RMA via the Returns & Exchanges tab and return the item using the courier of your choice to the address provided in your RMA email.
Softmoc Exchange Policy:
To exchange an item online, log into your SoftMoc Rewards Account and select “Size Exchange” within the Order Tracking section to choose your new size. If your original order had free shipping, you will receive a prepaid return label via email; if you paid for shipping, you must arrange your own return or visit a local store to avoid return fees.
Once your return is received, a new order will be generated for the requested size, and you will receive email notifications. The item must be unworn, in its original shoebox with a protective shipping box, and include a copy of the invoice. Please note that stores cannot process direct exchanges for online purchases and will only issue a refund.

SoftMoc Refund Policy:
Refunds are applied to the payment method used for online purchases. Refunds are determined by the amount spent on the item(s) and any additional sales tax incurred during the purchase. The sender requests a period of 3-10 working days for the changes to appear on their statement.
The estimated delivery times are not inclusive of weekends or holidays due to courier operation hours. If a Frequent Purchase credit was used on an initial purchase but not credited, it will not be refunded until the original purchase is refunded. You are allowed to make a return without a receipt but there is an exception. If you have lost the receipt and want to return your online order, you can get Pdf version of the receipt. To make a claim, bring your footwear and the original receipt to any SoftMoc Retail location, excluding our Whitby and North York Outlet locations, within 6 months of purchase.
For the best experience, they recommend calling ahead to ensure a trained team member is available to inspect your item. SoftMoc Retail Team Managers are specially trained to identify defects, and while claims may be approved or denied, an approved claim results in either a replacement item or a SoftMoc Gift Card.
