If you are not satisfied with the purchase, or not received the product exactly what you want. Everlane allows you to return for most of their products within 30 days  (US) or 45 days (all other countries except for the US) of purchase. You can make a return both in-store and online. The product must be returned in its original condition along with a receipt.
Everlane will accept return of those items that are unused, unwashed, undamaged, have not been altered in any way and must be in its original condition. Furthermore the product must be returned in its original packaging. Shoes must be in their original shoe boxes. Mail-in returns incur a $7 shipping label fee, which is deducted from your refund.

Everlane Refund Policy:
As per Everlane Refund policy, if you return your product via mail then Everlane will receive your order within two weeks. Moreover, it can take about 3 weeks to process and issue your refund.
