Refunds are issued in the original payment mode after your package is received at the warehouse. Original shipping and delivery costs are non-refundable. If you want your refund to be issued in the original payment method, a fee of $9.95 will be deducted from your credit amount. It will take up to 3 to 6 business days for your refunds to be issued.
