Rothy’s Return Policy is explained briefly. If you are unsatisfied with their purchase they allow you to return the purchase. You can return your product for a refund or exchange. The product must be unworn, unwashed, and unopened products. You can return the product within 30 days of the purchase. All the tags must be attached with the product at the time of the return.

No fee for mail-in exchanges, or for returns made at Happy Returns or a Rothy’s retail store; $7.99 fee will be charged for mail-in refunds only.

You can return the product to the Rothy’s in three ways i.e. In Store Return, Happy returns and via mail.

Bring your product back to the store with all its tags and receipt. If you return the product you don’t have to pay the return shipping charges. Rothy’s Return Policy Exception:

  • Rothy’s shoes are non-wearable, washable, and cannot be altered. Customers should try them on inside before returning, as soiled shoes will not be refunded.
  • Bags must be unworn and unwashed, and they must have all tags attached for return.
