You can return the product to the Rothy’s in three ways i.e. In Store Return, Happy returns and via mail.

Rothy’s Return Policy In Store:

If you want to return your product, you can use the store locator to find the Rothy’s store near you. Make sure that your product must be returned in its original condition. Bring your product back to the store with all its tags and receipt. If you return the product you don’t have to pay the return shipping charges. Happy Return Bar Policy:

By processing your return through Happy Returns, you consent to Happy Returns using your information in accordance with their privacy policy. The Happy Returns drop-off location method involves dropping off an item and presenting your return QR code at a Happy Returns location.

Email confirmation is provided, and refund or exchange is initiated immediately. Processing your return via Happy Returns agrees to Happy Returns using your information in accordance with their privacy policy.
