B&M Return Policy is allowing its customers to return a product within 30 days of purchase. No return will be accepted at B&M.  You can make a return via mail. The product must be returned in its original condition along with a receipt.

B&M will accept return of those items that are unused, unwashed, undamaged, have not been altered in any way and include all tags, parts and accessories. Products must be returned with all components and original packaging to qualify for a refund or exchange.

Returning the product to the store would be easy as a person can return his product by just visiting the nearby store. You just need to bring back your product to the store. The product must be returned with the receipt and in its original packaging.

If you want to return your product via mail, you will need to get a return authorization number. You can get your authorization by contacting the customer care team. As per B&M return policy, if you want to get your refund the return item must be returned in its original condition. If you have lost the receipt, and you used a debit/credit card at the time of purchase then you can use a copy of invoice slip which will act as a proof of purchase.
