If you are not satisfied with the purchase, Alo allows its customers to return items within 30 days of purchase. This 30 day return window is valid for US customers. The product must be returned in its resalable condition. All the tags must be attached with the return product at the time of return otherwise your return will not be accepted.

What is Alo International Return Policy

Alo is pleased to accept international returns, but the shipping cost for such returns must be paid by the customer. The customer will receive an email containing return authorization number. Pack the items properly in its original packaging. Returning multiple packages in one package is not allowed and requires a carrier with a tracking number for the package.

Alo In-store Returns

To return in-store purchases, customers must visit the nearest Alo store. To find the Alo’s store use their store locator. Bring the items to the store in its original condition. The store employee will help you to return. Your product will go for inspection, once it is verified then you can make an exchange or you can request for a refund. The product must be returned within 30 days of purchase. All the tags must be attached with the product.

  • Complete the return process given on the alo website. Make sure to remember your order number, and email address you used to place the order.
  • It may take some extra time to process your return if it was shipped from multiple locations.
  • Ensure to include a copy of the packing list received with the order when packing your return item.
  • Attach the label outside the package. Remove any cover or previous shipping label on the package.
  • Drop off your package at any FedEx or USPS location. Also, write down your tracking information for future reference.

To return a UPS or FedEx package, follow these steps:

  • Find your nearest drop-off locations in the PDF return label you received via email.
  • Drop off the package at your local FedEx office. If you lose the return label or packing slip, contact the company for a new one.
  • Avoid returning multiple items in one package, as this may delay the internal return processing process by up to 14 days.
  • Wait 2-4 business days for the return to process at the warehouse.

What is Alo Refund Policy

The refund will be processed within 2-4 business days upon receipt of the original payment form. Once the processing is complete, you will be notified via email. They will refund the store credit, excluding any original shipping charges that may have been applied to your order.

Your credit statement may take up to two billing cycles depending on your bank. Remember that if your product is not found in its original as you have received then your refund will not be issued. Shipping fee and other handling charges are non-refundable.

The return process takes 2-4 business days upon receipt, and if an exchange is requested, the item will be shipped to you with a new tracking email. You can choose for an instant exchange during the exchange process if you prefer not to wait for the return to be received.

A credit card will be held for the new item amount, and the order will be processed immediately. The hold will be released once the return is dropped off at the carrier, and you have 21 days to ship the item(s). If it’s not in transit, your card will be charged for the full amount. What is Alo Gift Card Policy

Alo offers a exceptional return policy for gift purchases, allowing customers to return any gift they are not satisfied with. Purchases made using split payment (gift card and other payment method) are refunded to the gift card(s) first, with any remaining balance paid to the original payment.

A store credit is only available for returning gift purchases, which must be unused, unworn, unaltered, and unwashed. The original tags must be attached to the product. To return, contact customer service with the original purchaser’s order number.

To cancel your order, call our Customer Services department at 182-12-12 during working hours and within one hour of placing it. If you cancelled your payment through KNET in Kuwait using a credit or debit card, they will promptly reverse the authorization or process a refund transaction, but they cannot guarantee the time it will take for your account to reflect the refund, as this depends on bank processing procedures.

Cancellations outside specified periods are not accepted, as the order has already been processed and can only be cancelled through their returns or refunds process.
