Alo offers a exceptional return policy for gift purchases, allowing customers to return any gift they are not satisfied with. Purchases made using split payment (gift card and other payment method) are refunded to the gift card(s) first, with any remaining balance paid to the original payment.

If you cancelled your payment through KNET in Kuwait using a credit or debit card, they will promptly reverse the authorization or process a refund transaction, but they cannot guarantee the time it will take for your account to reflect the refund, as this depends on bank processing procedures.
