You can return Ever New clothing and other accessories within 30 days from the date of purchase or delivery. The original sales receipt is required for the return.

What is Ever New Refund Policy?

If you want to get a refund of your Ever New dress that you purchased earlier, you must return it within 30 days. You must bring the original sales receipt with you. Returns might take 3-7 business days to reach the warehouse. It will take approximately 7 business days to process the refund. When your refund process is complete, you will receive an email. It will take 3-5 business days for credit to appear in your bank account.

The return will be made in the original payment form, or you will be provided with a gift card. A bank statement will not be accepted as proof of purchase at Ever New.

How Do You Initiate an Online Return Request?

If you wish to return any item(s) you have purchased, you can either return the item(s) via post to our online store or return the item to any of our Ever New Stores. Please note, your item(s) must meet our Returns Policy Conditions to be eligible for a refund or exchange. A standard return postage charge of $9.95 applies.

  • Go to our Returns portal.
  • If you have an account with Ever New, enter your email address and password under ‘Existing customers’, then select ‘LOG IN’.
  • If you checked out as a guest, enter your email address and order number under ‘Don’t have an account?’, then select ‘LOG IN’.
  • Locate the order you wish to return and select ‘RETURN ITEMS’. Please note, orders over 30 days old cannot be returned and will not be displayed on this page.
  • Accept the ‘Rules of Returns’.
  • Select the item(s) you wish to return, complete the form provided, and select ‘CONTINUE’.
  • Review your return details to make sure all information is accurate and complete, then select ‘CONTINUE’.
  • Select ‘CONFIRM AND PAY’ to pay for your returns postage label and finalise the return. Once you’ve submitted your return request, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing your pre-paid returns postage label.
  • Follow your item’s journey back to our warehouse using the tracking number provided on your returns postage label.

Please note that all exchanges must be made in-store at an Ever New location within Canada, as online exchanges are not offered at this time. A confirmation email will be sent to you once your return has been completed.

The items purchased from stores can only be returned to the store. You will only receive a refund if they are returned to the store. Store purchases cannot be returned or refunded online.

All you need to do is select the gift card amount, fill in the information, personalize the message, and schedule the delivery. You can select from $20, $30, $50, $75, $100, $150, and $200. The Ever New Gift Cards do not have an expiration date. The E-gift cards are valid for a year of purchase.
