Fossil Refund Policy:

If you return your product within 90 days, you will be eligible to get a full refund. The refunds may take up to 3 business days to process your refund after your package arrives at Fossil’s returns facility. After that, you will get your refund in your account in 3-5 business days. If the model of your watch is not available, you may get a watch of an equal amount and a similar style. If your Fossil leather has a workmanship defect, you will get a replacement for that item. Damaged leather products are not repaired by Fossil.

Fossil Returns By Mail:

You need to return three things in your package, i.e., the item you want to return, the return detail page, and the return shipping label.
