Merchandise can be exchanged or returned to Stokes or thinkkitchen stores within 30 days of the purchase date with the barcode receipt, which is found on your electronic order confirmation. If, for whatever reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase you can easily make a return. The product must be in its original condition along with a proof of purchase. Make sure that your product is not damaged and unworn.

The product must be in its good and sellable condition. You have to provide an RA number to make a return or exchange. If you failed to provide a valid RA number then Stokes return policy will not offer you return or exchange.

If you are not satisfied with the purchase at Stokes then you can make a return at Stokes retail store with the barcode receipt. You just need to bring back your product at the store, the product must be in its original packaging along with receipt, invoice or valid government-issued photo id. Please bring product in its originally packaging and electronic invoice with bar code.

Visit the store and meet a customer representative. You can ask for help from them. Customer representatives will check your product or proof of purchase for eligibility. If they approve your product then you can make a return at a store. You must return the product within 30 days of purchase.

  • In case of online return, shipping fee and other handling charges will be borne by the customers.
