The product must be in its original condition along with a proof of purchase. Make sure that your product is not damaged and unworn.
The product must be in its good and sellable condition. You have to provide an RA number to make a return or exchange. If you failed to provide a valid RA number then Stokes will not offer you return or exchange.

What are Return Methods at Stokes?
Stokes provides you two ways to return your product:
In-store Return at Stokes:
If you are not satisfied with the purchase at Stokes then you can make a return at Stokes retail store with the barcode receipt. You just need to bring back your product at the store, the product must be in its original packaging along with receipt, invoice or valid government-issued photo id.
Visit the store and meet a customer representative. You can ask for help from them. Customer representatives will check your product or proof of purchase for eligibility. If they approve your product then you can make a return at a store. You must return the product within 30 days of purchase.
Online Return to Stokes:
Customers can return their product to Stokes via mail using FedEx, UPS, and USPS. Select the items which you want to return and tell them a valid reason why you want to return the product. Pack the product in its original packaging with the barcode receipt.
For online return first you need to call the customer service department for the Return authorization number. Without a valid RA number you are not allowed to make a return to Stokes. All returns will be inspected upon the receipt that you provided. Your merchandise must meet the required criteria to make a successful return.

Stokes offers 6 months warranty on all products purchased online or from a retail or outlet store. We offer a repair service for some of our products, for any manufacturing defects within this time frame for online or store purchases you may return it and we will refund you.
