Next gives top priority to their customers, if you are not satisfied with the purchase then Next offers a relaxed and user-friendly return policy. You are allowed to return their product at Next if for whatever reason, you are not happy with the purchase. If your items are returned outside of the 28 day period, then next issue you with an eVoucher instead of a refund to your original payment method.
The eVoucher must be used within 6 months of the issue date. The expiry date can be found on your late return eVoucher. You may return your item within 28 days of purchase or delivery. The product must be in its original condition along with a receipt. If your product is worn or damaged, you are not eligible to make a return at Next. All the tags must be intact with the product.

Next offers two different methods for return and exchange. You can either return at the store or use a smart label. . Both methods are explained in detail in this article.

Return via Post:

You can return items for free to any of the 500+ Next stores by bringing them in their original clear plastic bags; simply head to the till or use the parcel drop box. In-store returns are also the quickest way to receive your credit or refund.

For these methods, place the item in its original plastic bag and then inside the Next parcel bag, attaching one returns label to the outside. You can book home collections via Evri or drop off packages at various locations like ParcelShops or Evri Lockers.
Alternatively, you can use Royal Mail for a paperless return through their online portal. Simply create a label using your Next account number, then print it at home or generate a QR code to take to the Post Office.
