If you buy something in one of fenwick physical locations, you are welcome to bring it back for a complimentary full refund to your original payment method, provided it is within 14 of the purchase date. For full-priced items returned between 15 and 28 days after buying, the policy shifts to offering either an exchange or a refund in the form of a Fenwick Gift Card. Alternatively, for online orders, you have a free 14-day window starting from the delivery date to send items back via our online returns portal for a full refund to the original payment source.

For online orders, you have a free 14-day window starting from the delivery date to send items back via our online returns portal for a full refund to the original payment source.

You need to affix a return label to return your product via mail. The return label provided by the company contains all the details of the product. To return your product online, you have to visit the Fenwick website and follow given instructions to make a return. Then go to your order section.
