Methods to Return Online Purchases at Petco:

Petco offers its customers two options for returning the items. You can follow the methods listed below to return your items.

Mail:

You need to return your items within 30 days via mail to the Petco warehouse or fulfillment center. A refund will be made once your return is received. You should ship your return to the following address:

  • Select the items you wish to return.
  • Select the pick-up date.
  • Provide the additional information and choose a pick-up method, i.e., direct handoff or leave on the doorstep.
  • You will be notified when your items are received.

You have a 30-day window for in-store returns. You can return to Petco or Unleashed by Petco stores. You must bring proof of purchase with you for a full refund. Returning Cali Vinyl Pet Flooring:

Five boxes are required for any return for the flooring. For Cali Vinyl Pet Flooring, the original package should not be opened and must be in a resalable condition. Sale orders over 60 days will not be accepted for returns. A restocking fee of 25% will be applied to all items.
